How to take the remedies:

These are the easy steps on how to take our SinusWars remedies:

1. Take one pill, twice a day. 15 minutes after meals.
2. Place the pill under your tongue, it take a few seconds to a minutes for the pill to dissolve.
3. You may take up to three of our SinusWars remedies, unless instructed by one of our doctors.
4. If you are taking two or more of our remedies. They must be taken 15 minutes apart.
