Q. Is sinusitis contagious?

A. Common colds or allergies can lead to one contracting sinusitis. Both chronic and acute sinusitis is however not contagious. Due to sinusitis not being contagious, you may only contract the common and very contagious cold's or even irritating allergies that may result in sinusitis.
(There has however been some mention of sinusitis outbreaks in people swimming in public pools - as some users of the pool may have sinusitis).
