A. You can use over the counter saline solutions. We cannot recommend any medicated over the counter sprays as the may neutralize our medicines. If you have any specific nasal sprays you have in mind, kindly email us its ingredients and we will have our laboratory experts to tell you whether it is okay to take together with our medicine. Taking them together with our medicines will not create side effects or adverse drug interactions, it's just that some substances can neutralize the efficacy of our remedies.

A. You can use other herbal remedies together and even other homeopathic remedies together. Please advise us on the contents of your Candida medicine and we will indicate if indeed it is okay to take them with our remedies. Consuming decaf beverages and chocolates should not negate the working of our remedies but remember too much of sugar consumption does aggravate mucous production and sinus troubles.

Depending on the severity and length of time you have the problem, the remedies can be taken from one month up to six months. There is no side-effects or dependence created when using our products.

A. Kids from 10 years and older can take the adult dose. Those that are younger can take half that dose. For infants we suggest you crush the tablet between two clean spoons and tip the powder into the mouth. Give the doses as often as in adults. These medicines are non-toxic and free from side effects.
