Candida, known correctly as Candida Albicans is categorized in the yeast sector of the fungal, mold and parasitic viruses that cause damage to the human body. Fungi and molds are closely associated with this yeast. Yeast, Fungi, mold and parasitic viruses are organisms that thrive off anything that lives, or that may be deceased. This makes the digestive system in the human body and most mammals a perfect residence for such organisms. Most cases of candida outbreaks occur when the bodies homeostatic level of good bacteria is compromised, allowing the yeast to infiltrate healthy bacteria and organisms and spread. Severe side effects can be felt if the Candida yeast infection has infected the body greatly. These include
These outbreaks are seen as a thick, persistent white coating on the tongue and at the back of the throat. The key to relief is treating the CAUSE and not the symptoms of Candida outbreaks. In other words the candida virus should be flushed out first and then the symptoms of thrush, white patches on tongue, and post nasal drip treated. Should one not treat the cause of Candida symptoms, these will persist.
A few symptoms one may experience as a result of Candia include:
When an individual has allergies it causes excess mucus to be produced in the nasal passages and sinus cavities. This excess of mucus can not drain correctly and effectively out the nasal passages at times and as a result, the mucus containing foreign particles flows down the back of the throat, causing post nasal drip. At times, this mucus can contain the Candida bacterium which then becomes lodged in the membrane that lines the throat, esophagus and stomach. From here, the next viable place for the Candida bacterium to spread to is the intestinal tract, resulting in vaginal/genital Candida. It is therefore important to have any allergies you may have treated. This will help put a stop to any Candida bacterium in mucus from running down the back of the throat and into other body organs. It is often recommended that when one encounters post nasal drip it is much wiser to spit it out than swallow it as this prevents any mucus from flowing down the back of the throat which may contain unwanted bacteria. Most individuals consider it ill-mannered or disrespectful, when witnessing one participating in these actions, but this is much healthier and helps the body in the long run. The solution, simple!
Post nasal Drip is mucus which could have infected bacteria or viruses in it. When it is swallowed it goes into the stomach and stomach acids digest it. When you have an infection and you swallow infected post nasal drip it puts a hamper on your health and intestinal tract. The bacteria infiltrates the intestines and results in the individual having a yeast infection.
